When thinking about service, for me it's really an all encompassing experience. From the moment I contacted SSL to my arrival, everyone was cordial and quick. Shane took a few minutes to review the work we needed to do and quickly got me on my way. A question came up while they had the car, a brief summary and call and I was all set.
