It was great. I was taken on time and wasn't detained for a long time. Alan reported that my car was in good shape and looked forward to seeing me at my next appointment. I was so pleased with the service that I called the next day and gave a good report to the general manager.

The maintenance performed on my car was straight forward and done just fine. The loaner car I got was not fine. The car was dirty inside and out. How do you think that made me feel? I bought my ES300h brand new at Superstition Springs Lexus and was treated with respect, now not so much. I've always taken care of my vehicles and kept them nice; this is not acceptable.
