Service was good and they did what the vehicle needed. I understand it's the dealership, however, its very overpriced. They charged 1.5 hours of labor for spark plugs! Its a 4 cylinder vehicle, the plugs are accessible; it does not take 1.5 hours and I wish I would have seen the tech to prove it. At the most it takes .5 hours and I would have been ok with them charging 1 full hour. .5 hours does not seem like much, but it is when you are paying $130+/hr for labor.
