I bought a used car from these guys. I bought it online sight unseen so I do have some accountability. Car was disclosed as in excellent condition with no problems. Major oil leak, SRS airbag issue, front end has issues.there was no way they weren't aware of these issues.

The warranty work was done with no problems. The car wash was not as good as before, dirt streaks on side and back. not Lexus quality that we have experienced before.

When I came in to get my oil changed and tire rotated, I received a text saying that my tire sensor needed to be replaced and was quoted an exorbitant amount to fix it. I texted back and said there was no way I was going to spend that kind of money to do it. When I picked up my car, the tire light is on and stays on. I was told that it was on when I brought the car to the shop, but it was not I would have noticed it immediately! Car pick up the next day after adding additional accessories was not smooth. Didn't know who had car keys. Tonneau cover was not added to car. Had to return another day to get it.

scheduled first appointment of the morning since I had to work. Simple oil, change,tire rotation. At 10:15 I finally asked a lot person to go find my car and my service rep said oh "I was just getting to you." So, everyone who came in after me was serviced and taken care of. I could see my car just sitting while Shane took care of other folks that does not sit well with me.

However, I was told one of the tires had a screw in it and was Not Fixable. Recommended I could place the tire for $377.00 + Tax. Therefore, I took to My Local Tire Repair Shop and it was Repaired for $15.00. Tire Shop Serviceman said Screw was very small and it Did Not puncture the Tire. Not Happy with That!!!
