Excellent service and awesome team!
Arrived 20 minutes early for a 1:00pm appointment, service wasn't even started till :30 min. later. Our service advisor was busy so were given to someone else. 3 hours later I went to investigate and found my car parked outside, no one let me know that it was ready.( To busy I guess) If I didnt go looking for it, my car would have been sitting for even longer. Service adviser was too busy I guess. Bathroom was filthy and the snack bar was empty. Very Disappointing experience.

Since it was a 60,000 involved a lot so they kept my car overnight. They did give me a loaner but did not know it was overnight u til they had my car for several hours. A heads up would have been most helpful

We purchased 6 cars from Superstition Springs Lexus dealership but will never purchase from them again. This time was a very bad experience and dishonest. Decided to trade in my Lexus IS. While I was in the dealership I wanted to purchase a white RX350, but decided to get RZ 350e. I wanted my eyes on a white, but sales person John said someone had it on hold.
