Alan Rogers at Superstition Springs Lexus was great. My car battery had died and, with no appointment, we took the car in in the afternoon and it was serviced the same day. They also did a safety inspection of the car so it is all set for the summer. The experience was very professional and thorough.

Lexus always does a great job with maintenance servicing. Its been 2 + years though since I received notice of a recall for the passenger side air bags and the dealer tells me that they have not received the fix from big daddy Lexus. Most days I'd miss my wife if something was to happened to her because of her air bag not deploying. Who do I talk to who can light a fire to move this forward.
