Excellent support, great communication and a level of service I have not experienced at other dealerships. Chris, my concierge was spectacular.
After having our battery replaced and paid for it, we were given the receipt, walked out and drove away in our Lexus. We didn't realize we were not given the key fob when given our receipt (forgot my wife had extra fob in her purse), by the time we got home we got a call/text saying we left our fob there. We didn't leave it there, it wasn't handed to us. Fortunately we live just a few miles away and I had to drive back. Otherwise it was a satisfactory experience.
Very prompt at accomplishing the 30,000 mile service. Shane is great to work with and makes going to the service department enjoyable.
Easy to schedule appointments. Service advisor Shane does a great job keeping me informed.
Great communication and friendly team members.
My service manager Myron is the best! He goes over the top to make sure I feel like it's only Customer.
All good & got It done earlier than scheduled. Good snacks, water, hot chocolate & even soda!
