Michael was our sales professional. He did a great job, no pressure at all. We had an appointment to see a particular car. He had it ready and washed. He showed us all the features. Easy minimal negotiations needed as the online price was fair. Completed the purchase on our first visit in less than 90 minutes. We chose to pick up the car 2 days later and it was ready and waiting for us with the big red Lexus bow on it! Pickup appointment took less than 1 hour. We did not finance the vehicle.
As a long time customer of Toyota, this is my first Lexus (TX 500h). I value dependable vehicles and will expect the same from my Lexus, even though it has now had two TBS's plus the airbag recall. Nonetheless, the service reps listened to my issues and honored the TBS's. I also appreciate the car wash when I bring it in because I will not take it to a drive through car wash.
We are return customers having bought a car in Dec. 24. We decided to buy a 2nd car and wanted a used car in great shape. Vinny helped us and we got the car we needed at a great price. Highly recommend this dealer and Vinny. for your next car purchase. He even came in on his day off!
