At check in, he thoroughly goes over our previous recommendations, what we are scheduled for on this visit, pricing and let's me know an expected time of completion. While our car is there, he goes over the the inspection and updated me on the progress. When completed, thoroughly goes over the invoice. I feel treated like family.
I like the fact that this dealership tries very hard to meet the timeline they quote to their customers.
