Lianne has been considerate of my time, my taste, and of pulling the elements of what I already have in to any new work. Her information has been both candid and timely. She lets me express my interests then gently keeps me on track with a theme and the agreed upon budget. She has gained my trust by both listening well and reflecting clearly. So glad to be working with her!
Lianne was great at making suggestions and making us feel at ease. Her choices were perfect. Schedule was exactly as she explained. Definitely would hire her again for future projects.
Lianne assisted with flooring choice and paint colours. Loved her approach. She was a good listener, and had lots of creative ideas. She even gave me some extra kitchen tiling she had to help my kitchen design pop over my stove at no cost and I was very happy with the result. Lianne also helped with window treatment advice. Would definitely go to her again with future projects.

Lianne helped pick out the product and the colours I needed that matched my home and decor. We did hardwood in our family room and porcelain tiles in the rest of the house. Our renovation contractor loved the tiles so much and how well they complimented the hardwood that he purchased them for his own home. The quality of the installation work is fantastic. Last year we had the pleasure of working with Lianne Gilder from Surdel Carpets. The project included new carpets throughout, the addition of baseboards, flooring in the Front Entry and Laundry Room as well as paint throughout. The knowledgeable staff at Surdel Carpets creates an inviting atmosphere. The sales reps are more than happy to come drop off samples at our showroom for us, however we also enjoy going to their showroom to talk to the sales reps and find out about any new products they have, at competitive prices. We are very pleased with their professionalism and happy with the long lasting relationship our companies have formed.
Lianne worked with us on several flooring projects in our house over the period of a year; tile entry, wood floor for main rooms and carpet for bedrooms and stairs. Every time we came with a new project she was helpful, enthusiastic and made some great recommendations. Her knowledge of the product was very good and she was able to steer us in the right direction for what we needed. Her customer service has been excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend her for your next home décor project.
