Lianne is always cheerful and always takes her time to show her products. The lino we got for our laundry room looks great. It's easy to clean and maintain.
I hired this company for several components of my renovation work. Blinds throughout, carpeting on stairs, and flooring for the living room and master bedroom. Recently I had Surdel Carpets replace the carpeting on my stairs. I dealt primarily with Lianne who was knowledgeable and extremely patient (it took me a long time to make up my mind). Their customer service is absolutely outstanding. The owner addressed a minor quality issue quickly and completely. Everyone I had contact with at Surdel was professional and very easy to deal with. I will buy from them again.
