Lianne was most helpful from start to finish with our first encounter with surdel when remodeling our kitchen in 2012. We found, with her help, the perfect Linoleum, two years later still love our choice This year we required help with choosing flooring for the main floor of our 40+ yr home and again with much patience and knowledge, Lianne steered us right again! Lianne has been our go to person for carpets, flooring and window blinds for over 20 years. She has been wonderful to work with and helps us out immensely. We have had multiple flooring jobs done through Lianne at Sur-Del Carpets in multiple homes ranging from carpets to hardwood flooring. Every experience has been exceptional including the individuals installing their products. Lianne helped us choose the right hardwood flooring for our needs and then helped match flooring for the laundry and bathrooms so it would go perfectly with the hardwood. She also spent time with us to pick out stone work and backsplash for the showers and kitchen. A real professional.
We cotracted Lianne for a number of renovations over the past four years. We had a foyer tiled, solid hardwood flooring, carpeting and kitchen tiles installed. She demonstrated very wise and experianced knowledge in all areas. She availed herself readily to make house calls and along with an array of samples which she took the time to discuss with us. Her company and her services would be certainly enlisted again.

Excellent support in choosing carpet and wood flooring (colour and product choice ... radiant floor heating system). Good followup on product delivery and installation. After service followup excellent wrt product maintenance. Service was always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this business for it's professionalism and product knowledge. This was the second time we have used Lianne for a renovation job. This was a VERY big job with curved walls and everything connecting. No dividing walls. Lianne was respectful of our budget and did her best to give us the quality and workmanship we wanted for a price we could afford.
