My wife, son and I attended a three day class in ************ ** on 2/25/2018 and the reason why we remember this date is because it changed our life, being ordinary people we became professional real estate investors and now we are inviting as many as possible to join PiPs path to prosperity because we KNOW, that no investor will be left behind, this is a great and supportive community that makes sure every deal is a win win or no deal. *****

I am a student at Pips Path. I cannot say enough great things about them. The level of support I have received from Pip and his team goes beyond my expectations. I am currently in the middle of a potential close and I have been able to communicate with the owners and mentors by texts, calls, emails, zoom. *** himself has guided me through the process. We purchase our training at the end of 2022 and within a year we bought two properties. We flipped one and the other one we are doing Airbnb and soon to be sold. We love Pips Team, you will always find support, encouragement, mentorship and way more than that.
