I went to a 3 day seminar taught by the team of Pips Path to Property and signed up for some classes. I watched several lessons on the cash flow course and feel like it’s not worth the time I spent watching all of them. They tell you to spend your own money on advertising like magnets in your car windows. They make you sign a contract through a third party (Universal Account Secvicing) which offers no interest for 6 months and after that they charge a daily apr percentage which Pip never even talked about on the last day.
