I am a student at Pips Path. I cannot say enough great things about them. The level of support I have received from Pip and his team goes beyond my expectations. I am currently in the middle of a potential close and I have been able to communicate with the owners and mentors by texts, calls, emails, zoom. *** himself has guided me through the process. The team honestly cares and it shows.

We purchase our training at the end of 2022 and within a year we bought two properties. We flipped one and the other one we are doing Airbnb and soon to be sold. We love Pips Team, you will always find support, encouragement, mentorship and way more than that. All mentors are great, without their support none of this would have been possible. 100% recommended if you are looking to get into the *********** Business.

I cant say enough about Pips Path. I have never found such a giving and selfless organization before that truly cares about their customers and treats them like family, especially spread out over the country as they are. They have changed our life. They are so responsive to every email we have ever sent, and so many of their services are included in any tier of membership. I pray that they continue on for generations.
