"This time was better" I have not had great experiences with this service center but this most recent oil change with Ruben was better. He was very on top of everything, I was done and out in about 45/50 mins. Do not feel like he pressured me for anything. Thank you Ruben.

"good, " I called and got in on the same day, all after 4pm. Usually I make an appt. a day or so out, and generally I am out in 30 or 40 minutes. Today was a little longer, but they did work me in. Rather come here and pay less than go to Biffy Lube and pay more, even though they are a little faster.

"Simply the best service" First class service been a customer for over 20 years always treated well and the waiting area is clean and comfortable WiFi works great got a lot of work done car was ready when promised even washed the car that was above and beyond,

"Outstanding Service!" Sutherlin Nissan is only as good as its people and Sherry at the Service desk and Andy back in the shop are the absolute best in the business. I would think of taking my vehicles anywhere else!
