"QUICK AND EASY" CAME IN FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE AND THAT'T EXACTLY WHAT IT WAS. IT WAS QUICK AND PAINLESS. GOOD LOOKING OUT GUYS. I APPRECIATE THAT YOU TAKE GOOD CARE OF MY TRUCK CONSIDERING ITS A TOYOTA AND NOT A NISSAN. EVERYONE WAS SUPER FRIENDLY. ESPECIALLY THE CASHIER, JORDAN. SHE WAS PERSONABLE AND FUNNY. IT DID NOT MIND SWIPING MY CARD.

"Maintenance & Service" Chrystal was great in scheduling, then rescheduling for a new time in the next 20-25 minutes so that I could get in sooner for an oil change and tire rotation. She also notified me that there was a recall that could be taken care at the same time. When I got there, Juan handled the paperwork and process of the service I needed. I also received a car wash. All was done within a reasonable amount of time. Both were very accommodating and professional.
"Great Service" Michael (my service manager) was outstanding. Very polite and explained everything to me so I knew what needed to be done on my Murano. No "high presser" but very informative. He told exactly when my car would be ready and it was right on time. I think your Service Managers are the best. Thanks Sutherlin, Charles Cornwall P.S. We are a two Nissan family (my 2009 Murano and my wife's 2020 Rogue). When you find something that you like and is a great product, you stick with it.

"Excellent experience!" Went in for a recall service and ended up getting an oil change, tire rotation, car wash and vacuum, all part of a service package that I wasn't aware that I even had when I purchased the car. Thanks to Sherry for letting me know about it!
