"Pleasant and fair to deal with staff." On Feb. 4th, 2020 I bought a used SUV from Sutherlin that I had found on the internet. The 2014 Honda CRV was in immaculate condition and I'm extremely happy with the vehicle. Most of all I am impressed with my salesman that guided me through the entire process. The work is complete in a timely manner. I enjoy working with Sherry. She keeps me informed. The cashiers are always curious and have beautiful smiles on their faces.
"Great Customer Service" They have always been very nice and have done a good job on my car.... Some things are a little expensive so I try to look for coupons.
"Easy service " I came to my service appointment expecting a long wait on a Saturday. We took the complementary shuttle to the mall and in about an hour my car was ready! Within 5 minutes the shuttle picked us back up. I was also surprised that my car had been washed when I had not requested it. I especially appreciated that the service employee was not "pushy" on suggested services from the diagnostic test.
