Upon entering the dealership's showroom, the showroom was clean and tidy.I met with Nesrin, who was proven to be the dealership's great asset because she was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. The questions I asked seemed silly to me but she didn't hesitate to answer all of them. The loan process was as pleasant as it could be and Mr Kim, the loan officer, was also very kind and thorough. I will definently refer others to the dealership.

Mike made me feel right at home and he's very laid back and down to earth. Wish they offered complimentary snacks besides pretzels during the wait. Also, my car did get the complimentary wash but not the vacuum.
