"average rating for the customer service center repo" I use to have Brooks as my service rep and he is no longer there. He was excellent and friendly with the servie suggestions and mannerism. I had a different rep assigned to me that was just average to fair in their friendliness. Please assign me a different customer service rep to be designated next time for our Pathfinder and Sentra. The young lady was just average and not friendly, didn't smile the whole time when Iwas at the desk to wait on my paper work.
"2020 Rogue purchase" The entire team was great to work with. They listened to my needs and made every effort to satisfy those needs. They worked through multiple options until we found the right one.
"Sherry Hosch Experience Exlecclent!" Sherry Hosch my service advisor did an excellent job in servicing and keeping me updated. Being the middle of December and the service department was very busy (which stands to reason). Everyone getting ready to go out of town! Sherry and the guys in the shop still gave the same excellent service as always!

The Sales Associates have been professional and worked within the price range that I was willing to spend.
