"Basic service on a 2005 350Z" I needed service on a 2005 350Z. Because it usuallyneeds soecial attention, I like to start with the dealer. Juan helped identify the problem and then get it resolved.
"Great experience!" Juan was very helpful and professional. He made my first experience there worth being a regular customer for my vehicle servicing. I also enjoyed the environment overall.
"Heat for winter! " My concerns were taken seriously and a solution was found. Repairs were able to happen right away. My time was respected and a rental vehicle was provided! I now drive in comfort again!
"Sutherlin Nissan" Great experience. I have to type at least twenty five words so these are those words to get to at least twenty-five word minimum.
"Service provider wasn’t there but fast help from others" I had to wait 15 minutes when I walked in the door because they could not find my service provider. Someone else helped me instead. Oil change and car wash in 45 minutes. Fastest I have been in and out.
"Following Through " Everything Mr. Hernandez said he was going to do was done, including getting in and out in one hour during a busy booked morning. All future service will be done at Sutherland with Mr. Hernandez as my advisor. #pricelessasset
"How long would it have taken if I did not make an appointmen" I made an appointment for 10:30 a.m., made it out just before 1 p.m. - how long would have taken if I did not make an appointment. At least you had coffee and snacks - had little bite muffins for breakfast and cheetos for lunch. I have a different definition of car wash than the service department. "Sutherlin Nissan" My experiences at Sutherlin Nissan have been positive over the years that I have owned a Rogue. I have been able to get an appointment when I can even 1 day before. The service desk associates have been very friendly and helpful, finding discount coupons to make my payment comfortable. The service is usually in a timely manner and the car has worked well for over the last 3 years. That is why I decided to move up to the Murano which I purchased in the last month.
