"Great customer service " I came in concerned about a noise or scrubbing sound coming from my car. It seemed like it was coming from my transmission. Will Taylor was my service advisor. He immediately acknowledged me when I walked in and told me he would get my car taken care of. Will kept me informed the entire time. He let me know that it was my transmission and it was going to take awhile to repair. I was set up with alternate transportation.
