"Speedy knowledgeable service" Talked to Will on the phone. He knew right away what part needed to be replaced, and made sure the part was in stock before telling to bring the car in. He sent the car straight back to be worked on and I was out in under an hour.
"Great service " Prompt, even though I didn’t have an appointment. Everyone was very polite and friendly and of course professional from the 2 men outdoor to the persons at the desk.
"Great customer service " I came in concerned about a noise or scrubbing sound coming from my car. It seemed like it was coming from my transmission. Will Taylor was my service advisor. He immediately acknowledged me when I walked in and told me he would get my car taken care of. Will kept me informed the entire time. He let me know that it was my transmission and it was going to take awhile to repair. I was set up with alternate transportation. "Fast & Friendly" Came in to do trade in and the service was fast and friendly. was there no more than 2hrs. everyone was friendly ! would recommend this dealership.
"Got us out on time. " Going in at 12:30pm and had to be out by 2pm. Gary was able to help me move the service guys along so I could get out on time to pick up my son from school. Greatly appreciate it.
