"Awesome experience " Will as well as the rest of the staff is always so helpful and pleasant to work with. I enjoy coming to this location to have a vehicle serviced.
"Oil change & tire rotation" The service for my oil change and tire rotation and balance took approximately 2 hrs including a car wash. This was pretty good, as I have waited much longer before. However, if you're expected to get in and out quickly, you should opt for a different provider.
"Dependable Service " Nissan Service Center in Buford has been my go-to for purchases and service for many years. From the sales staff to the customer service representatives I’ve never been disappointed.
"Awesome Sauce" Been coming into this establishment the last 10 months. Everyone is so helpful and pleased to help. I mainly go in for service and see my trusty Service Advisor Will Taylor. "Great Experience " Sutherlin Nissan is doing a great job at providing excellent service and a great buying experience. I was shocked at how nice and helpful everyone was. I am now the grateful owner of a brand new Nissan Frontier.
"Recommend with reservations" We had a good experience with the purchase process. Got a fair deal. But we discovered that all 4 of the speakers were bad. It has been over a month and they still haven't fixed it. They fixed one but keep telling us they aren't able to get the other 3. Or they say the "technicians are out." "Fanatastic Customer Service" I walked in from a previous experience, and right away they changed my perspective on car buying. They were courteous, attentive, but more importantly they were friendly. I didnt feel like it was a business deal. They told me to "get ready to ride" and the next evening I was the proud owner of a new vehicle.
"Comprehensive service" Very pleased with my experience. Juan and the service team looked at my service history and recommended necessary maintenance and didn’t try to upsell me.
"New Vehicle Purchase" A lot easier than I thought it would be. Don't like salesmen who have to make 3 or 4 trips to get "approval" from the manager. A little negotiating was needed but overall very satisfied.
