"In for an oil change" The crew gave me a lift to and from my office. Very convenient! Also, there are now scanners at the entrance to the service department that check the vehicle's alignment. Fantastic!
"Great experience" Always a friendly staff, great waiting area. Very clean facility, this is a major plus in my book. I take very good care of my cars, and Sutherlin does too. Shop are is very well kept, you can view the area and see your vehicle being worked on. I highly recommend this dealership for your vehicle needs.
"Awesome experience " Will as well as the rest of the staff is always so helpful and pleasant to work with. I enjoy coming to this location to have a vehicle serviced.
"Oil change & tire rotation" The service for my oil change and tire rotation and balance took approximately 2 hrs including a car wash. This was pretty good, as I have waited much longer before. However, if you're expected to get in and out quickly, you should opt for a different provider.

"Great Experience " Sutherlin Nissan is doing a great job at providing excellent service and a great buying experience. I was shocked at how nice and helpful everyone was. I am now the grateful owner of a brand new Nissan Frontier.
"Recommend with reservations" We had a good experience with the purchase process. Got a fair deal. But we discovered that all 4 of the speakers were bad. It has been over a month and they still haven't fixed it. They fixed one but keep telling us they aren't able to get the other 3. Or they say the "technicians are out." "Fanatastic Customer Service" I walked in from a previous experience, and right away they changed my perspective on car buying. They were courteous, attentive, but more importantly they were friendly. I didnt feel like it was a business deal.
