"Juan in Service is the best" Let me start by saying I was a little concerned when I was told my old service advisor was no longer there but Juan smiled and made me laugh when we met. He listened to my issues with no interruptions and assured me he would have all addressed and let me know what they find. I came back and my brakes were fine but needed to replace 2 front tires like we thought plus oil change too. He actually made my service appt painless.
