"Thought service was slow and I was not communicated with" It took more than 90 minutes for basically just an oil change. The service person did not give updates I had to ask for an update The service person then handed me off to another due to lunch break and I never heard from that person The manager (Juan?) was helpful when I told him that I had been forgotten
"Brooks is the BEST" I have tried MANY service stations around Suwanee since we moved here 7 years ago. I hate dealing with car places, because I always feel like I am charged and told I need things done that so t need to be done.. that is NOt the case at Sutherlin and working with Brooks! I feel like I can trust him and not have to have things done that don’t need to done! I can call him - he remembers me and I feel good about Everything when I leave. "Already did this review, but sure, I'll do it again" We went in for an oil change on our sentra and ended up leaving in a new kicks. The staff were friendly and helpful as always. My only real complaint is that you already sent me this review, and I filled it out a couple days ago, and now you're sending it to me again. Which is a problem with your IT/computer department, not the service folks who were fantastic.
"Great Deal" Sales service was awesome. We purchased a used car and they made us an offer we couldn’t refuse. I recommend this Nissan Dealer. They beat Nalley Nissan of Atlanta.
"Everyone was friendly and professional " We normally deal with Sherry, she wasn’t there when we Brought the car so there was another young lady , I can’t remember her name , we dealt with her twice and she’s been very helpful. I also deal with Brandon and he is always very helpful and make sure that the job gets done in a very efficient and professional way . I am very satisfied 🙂
