"Mixed " The price for service online was different when I was done and it was time to pay. That confused me because it appears the charge changed after the reservation and I did look through the details of the reservation confirmation.

"Completely Awesome" I started the process over that phone with Shane who was very helpful knowing how long the car buying experience could be. When I arrived I thought I would have to start the process all over or that it would be something completely different told to me when I start the actual deal. This was not the case. Nesrin was waiting with keys to the car and paperwork on her desk for me.
