"Good customer service " I enjoyed my car buying experience at Sutherlin Nissan because everything went very smooth and didn't take all day. I was in and out in about 2 hours. What a smooth transition. My salesman was very cool and had good conversation.
"Had headlights replaced" Good experience.! Sherry was very helpful and worked me into the schedule very quickly. I am pleased with my new headlights as well as the timeliness of the service visit, taking about 1.5 hours, exactly as quoted.
"Good but a smell " Got a great in condition used Nissan Versa: it has a strong Cigarettes/chemical smell. I don’t know what they used to clean it but it can be strong after the car sits.

"Good, but pricey" I went on to find out what was wrong with my car. The service associate was friendly. The tech was knowledgeable but the quote given was extremely pricey.
"New car purchase" I’ve bought two cars here and have regular service here. Our salesman, Travis, was efficient and professional. He was very attentive and met our price expectations.
"Had great service from Sherry. " Received excellent service from my service advisor Sherry. Was disappointed that normal mechanic was not available to perform service. New person took over 1.5 hrs to change oil and balance tires. Will definitely not schedule app in the afternoon again.
