I deliberately waited well over a year to write this review, because I wanted to be able to discuss how dedicated Thais is, not just before your purchase a home, but after. The character of a sales person is seen post-sale, when they have nothing to gain from you, and I can honestly say Thais is someone who truly cares for her clients from day one and never stops. Jessica and her team were great to work with on all aspects of the home buying process. She has a great deal of knowledge of the housing market in the areas we were targeting, and worked diligently to find us the home of our dreams. Jessica was always responsive and willing to assist us to the highest degree whether it was seeing potential homes, answering questions about the process, negotiating our offer, and navigating our closing.
Jess was a great resource on the area and where we should spend out resources. She was there to advise us when we encountered a frustrating seller and navigated the offer process when we found the house we wanted. Jessica helped us buy our home in Bedford. She has a great knowledge of the Bedford area including pricing, available inventory and what is coming on the market. Jessica was able to guide us through the negotiation process, and throughout closing. She always provided us with great insights on what the different properties would sell for regardless of the list price. With her help, we were able to get our house below the asking price.
Jessica was our buyer's agent for purchasing a new-construction home in Bedford. At every step of the way, she proved knowledgeable about the process of buying a new-construction house. She kept us informed throughout the process, and when we had questions or concerns, she did a nice job of communicating them to the seller's agent, and helping to resolve the issues (she was a great advocate for our interests). As a first time home buyer, Ms. Beth guided us through the whole purchasing process patiently, to help us settling down with our first home. What impressed me most is her responsiveness and hard working. She always spent extra hours at night and in the weekends to reply the questions you asked, in a timely fashion. Beth was not that familiar with the area that I ultimately purchased a condo in. However, she was familiar with other areas that I was looking at (Waltham, Watertown, Somerville, Medford, Arlington).
