We highly recommend Suzanne Koller and her tremendous team. As 1st time home sellers, and in the midst of a pandemic, we were pretty nervous clients. Suzanne gave us exactly the right advice and game plan. Her strategy, including obtaining an interest free home reno loan from Compass, was right on target. From listing to sale , these guys were the best. Everyone in the company is excellent at what their focus is- from Steph with the video and listing , Becky with the staging anD Suzanne with the market analysis and negotiating. We couldn’t have picked a better group to work with to sell our house. We had multiple offers in just 3 days and sold for well over our asking price. Suzanne and Co made the whole process easy!

Darcy was responsive and helpful in showing me homes. She put together a detailed tour sheet for an afternoon of property viewing, and achieved a quick turnaround on arranging showings for places found at the last minute. She showed unflagging enthusiasm for the process of finding a rental, and even allowed me to view one place a second time later in the day. This was especially helpful as I was making trips from out of state in order to relocate.

The best of the best! It was such a pleasure working with Katrina from the beginning to end of the selling process. Having a quick turn around for the sale of a house and moving out of state can be really overwhelming, but Katrina and Suzanne made our transition so effortless and seamless. Beth is a gem, and we feel very lucky to have stumbled upon her. Early on, she developed a great a feel for who we were and what we were looking for in a home. She was incredibly knowledgable and thorough throughout the process, especially paying a watchful eye during the inspection and tracking each issue to closure prior to closing. We had a great experience working with Thais to buy our new home! She was very knowledgeable about the area and the home buying process.
