Overall it was a pleasant experience. When I called, I got an answer. Though I'm not sure what happened with the underwriter with our loan, but the underwriter seemed to drop the ball on multiple occasions pushing our loan through. The delay caused us to be 3 or 4 days late (probably 3, I don't recall clearly). All in all though the seller still accepted our loan, and everything worked out in the end.
