It was all good and the team was wonderful.
It takes too long for cash out disbursements to be processed. Also Penny Mac kept asking for proof that a debt had already been paid even though I provided letter from the company, bank statements and other proof that the debt was paid, ridiculous!!!

Overall had an easy and smooth experience throughout the loan process.
When you are calling someone make sure you have the right name. We could tell Suzanne didn't know what my correct name is.
