Was kept updated frequently and as questions came up Suzanne would definitely answer them.
Overall the process was easy. It was also easy to reach someone if I had a question. I was able to close within a couple of weeks of inquiring about a remortgage.
It was very easy. I did it all from a cell phone from my recliner. Suzanne was so helpful. She checked in by phone on a regular basis. She answered my questions in a fashion that was clear and easy to understand. Overall it was a much better experience over my last refinance with your organization.

I was told I only needed account numbers & routing numbers at closing, if I did not have a voided check. Turns out I needed a voided check. I talked to several different people and depending what day it was each one had a different answer. It took me three phone calls to get the correct number to the title company to find out the status of funds distribution.
An overabundance of communications relaying the same information (ex; receiving several emails and phone calls in regards to one aspect of the process).
The title company told me they could set dual signings at 2 different locations. The day before closing, the notary called to confirm the date and time and said she would not go to 2 different places for signatures. I was very disappointed that what I had set up the entire time, was not going to happen.
The refinance process was easy and straightforward.
