I called Swan after a small electrical fire happened at my house. The Liscened Journeyman electrician they sent out ******** came to my home right away and recognized the problem right away. He gave me multiple affordable options on what it took to bring my whole home electrical system up to code and and had his swan team of electricians start on the repairs and upgrade right away. Swan installed a Generac for us. It took a lot of time, work, and patience. Each set of workers was courteous, friendly, and good, especially **** and *******, who did the complex wiring for the phase-in of the Generac. **** has done an excellent job each time that we have needed them: to replace a gas line, to do plumbing work, to replace two A/C units and a furnace, and to install the Generac. After the storm damage from May 28th. Swan electric was so quick and helpful. They offered us multiple quotes that fit within our budget and explained everything to us. It was a great experience considering it was a an unexpected and stressful situation. Though we had issues with our electric providers with service, the men and women and swan were always answering our questions during the wait and also advocating on our behalf with our provider.
