I am a current client of this provider Our caregiver calls out too much, for one problem or another. With COVID and everything, there's a lack of employees. It's hard to get a caregiver I can rely on. It's not SYNERGY's fault, though.

I am a current client of this provider They can have someone come out when they are supposed to. They talk to me but don't seem to help. They need to improve on telling me the truth and getting here when they are supposed to.

I am a past client of this provider They agency could have had them work on days that I wanted them to work on. They could have worked, they did not want to work.

I am a current client of this provider I would like a caregiver who knows how to deal with a dementia patient, I would like an experienced caregiver. They need more quality people that they are sending us.

I am a current client of this provider Hire skilled people and give me time that I'm entitled to. I need better skilled people that come and take care of me.

I am a past client of this provider They weren't trained and didn't know information they needed. They never made appointments and kept them, and they sent me unqualified people. My husband has Alzheimer's and dementia and I needed someone to stay here with him while I went and out and did some chores but it felt like I was babysitting two people. They sent someone here that was sick with a cold and was new with the company. She didn't know anything.

I am a past client of this provider They need to have more staff and they need to be on time. They need to hire more qualified individuals and they need to not come to work looking like they are going to the club. That is unacceptable.

I am a current client of this provider I do not mess with them unless they mess up with the caregivers and trying to communicate with them about my caregivers. I have given them two weeks, and they will mess up my schedule. They could get it together better so that they do not mess up the caregivers' schedules.
