I am a current client of this provider They need to send someone who is consistent, on time, and shows up. They should call when something is going on. The caregivers need to be prepared to take care of an eighty year old woman who cannot take care of herself. They were continuously not on time. There were days of no-shows. They did not have any consistency on who they sent out to take care of my mother-in-law.

I am a past client of this provider They didn't impact anything. They couldn't provide the services I needed. They could be upfront about what they can and can't provide.

I am a current client of this provider Company is understaffed and cannot fulfill their contract. Monday caregiver over 1 hour late, Tuesday did not so up at all, today after I called them, they informed us they would be 30 minutes late. You would be best to spend your money elsewhere. I will be surprised if the company will respond to this review

I am a current client of this provider They need to be more consistent and dependable with both the office and the caregivers. It is like they flip a coin to see if they will show up or not that day. They need more help and their office procedures need to be improved.

I am a past client of this provider My loved one was not happy with the fact that the caregiver was on their phone constantly. They talked non-stop, even when people weren't in the room. The caregivers that they sent just do the bare minimum. They aren't there for real care.

I am a past client of this provider I would have liked for the company to have better follow up, and the caregivers needed to be trained better. Their customer service is poor and their caregivers need to do more things than just sit around.

I am a current client of this provider They need to show up. They don't show up for one out of the four days. I got a call at one, and they told me that they couldn't get a hold of me. There's a key in the lock box for someone to get in. That happens every time or at least one of the days. Their people are not very trustworthy as far as showing up. When I'm gone, it's good. I'm not happy with it. I should be able to count on them when they say they're going to be there.

I am a current client of this provider I didn't get to know them that well, but I think they are lovely people.
