I am a current client of this provider Because this is a minimum wage industry, it is difficult to find people that are well trained. SYNERGY HomeCare has helped to take a load off my mind when there is a caregiver that is responsible.

I am a current client of this provider My caregiver from SYNERGY is very nice. I am really concerned about a bill I got from SYNERGY a few days ago. I thought the local council on aging was paying for the services, but I just got the bill. My caregiver is good at visiting with me and doing anything I ask her to do. The pads that SYNERGY sends me fit fine.

I am a past client of this provider The social worker that came the first time didn't even see my husband, she just talked to me, so she didn't see how much care he needed. They could have had better feedings and changed my husband.

I am a past client of this provider I feel like the managers she contacted were not being professional. It was very hard for us. She was really having a hard time since they weren't doing what she needed.

I am a past client of this provider Serious Staffing Challenges. Appears to be a lack of Training provided to Care Givers. Staff is routinely late and fails to delivery services as stated.

I am a current client of this provider The caregivers could be on time and do their jobs, help out more around the house and care for the patient. The agency could work on getting the staff on time and having the staff not be on the phone and take care of the patient.
