I am a current client of this provider I like that they're well-rounded, and take care of a lot of different things. They could have more consistency with the people that are assigned. My father seems to get a new person every other day, and it's a little confusing for him.

I am a current client of this provider I like that the caregivers have done a great job of meeting the client's needs and we have no problem with communication. Without Synergy, I would always be at my mom's house, so they give me a mental break.

I am a past client of this provider They could've gotten her to take a shower more often. They helped with laundry and changed my bedding. My mom was stubborn, so it's not really the agency's fault. The friendliness made me happy with the service.
