I am a current client of this provider I am a client of SYNERGY HomeCare of Waupaca. Overall, it is good and bad. The Veterans pay for the gentleman that I have come in. They are double charging because the Veterans are paying for it. They told me they get $30 an hour, and Jerry is here for 3 hours; however, they charge the Veterans for six.
