I am a current client of this provider They are doing a good job. They have some people who call in and can't make it, but they can't control that. They are very hands-on.

I am a past client of this provider They would just keep him company. I didn't need them. The girls were very nice, but I did everything before they came.

I am a current client of this provider The services help out a lot, we have them 3 hours a day, which makes a difference. There's only one caregiver that can come and it's hard to find substitutes for her.

I am a past client of this provider They were helpful for me. They took him grocery shopping. I thought they were very thorough in their record keeping at his home. They were very good with protocols during Covid.

I am a current client of this provider They could get me a regular aide that is going to show up every day so that I don't go a week without them. I don't know if it's SYNERGY itself, but nobody can get people to work for them. That's a problem all around.
