I am a current client of this provider They need to have more staffing. They make the family's life easier by having someone there. Our schedule isn't set like I would like it to be. They are easy to reach.

I am a past client of this provider The most helpful for us was the flexibility because I had to commit to three hours a week, but I could change it if I wanted to. I liked that they were really flexible, which was important because I did not know what days I needed them.

I am a current client of this provider They're kind of related, one great thing is the caregiver has an idea on how to take care of our daughter and is solution-oriented, but the negative is that we have unprepared people that comes with inexperience. We like the selection of people that's working with our daughter, but there should be more communication, like less 'last minute' things.
