I am a current client of this provider They come during the hours of the night and do what we need them to do. I like that they just fill out needs in a quality way.

I am a current client of this provider They help so that my sister and brother-in-law can take a vacation. They don't have to worry about me or my mother. They could let me know ahead of time who is on the schedule for the evening, or if they need to change personnel.

I am a past client of this provider They can engage her in more cognitive work. For Alzheimer's care, I probably wouldn't recommend them.

I am a past client of this provider They needed to understand what we expected of them. One of the girls said that all she would do is cook. The things that I did not mention to them, they did not do. If I had known that before, I would have told them what I needed instead of just assuming that they knew what needed to be done.
