I am a past client of this provider My second biggest complaint was that there wasn't enough interaction with my mother-in-law. There were a lot of them who would just sit there on their phones. They should have more consistency in the caregivers that they provide. That was my biggest complaint. There were too many different people, especially for a dementia patient who doesn't do well with change.

I am a current client of this provider He spends more time with them than we spend time with each other, and he has bonded and has a close relationship especially the day caregiver as she has been here for years, and he loves her. I like the caregivers they send the only caregiver I didn't really care for they had told me they would switch them out sooner, but we didn't know since it was earlier, and they do try to get substitutes.

I am a current client of this provider I love the girl and she is very shy, but she is lovely and we love her. I like that this caregiver will let me know if my aunt's blood pressure is high. She takes initiative.

I am a current client of this provider They vacuum and mop the floor. They have been good about doing the things that I've asked and even some things that I don't ask about.
