Even though it was late in the day and i had no appointment, i was evaluated and fitted with a back brace. Not just one, but different style back braces were offered until Laurie found the one most suited to me! I found Synergy to be very understanding as well as professional! I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My son met with with Will Thorpe yesterday to be fitted for a knee brace he was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained every thing my son needed to do for after his surgery. It was a pleasure dealing with him. He answered all of the questions my wife and son had. He made them feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Will to anyone who is in need of a brace.

Will Thorpe is the man! He created a rapport with me, a very scared mother, and my son that was both professional and nurturing. My son has a torn meniscus and a torn ACL from a basketball injury. Will understood the desire my son has to play ball in his Senior year of high school. He treated Nick as if he were his own. My daughter recently tore her ACL and Meniscus. Surgery is being postponed until she returns from a trip of a lifetime to Australia and New Zealand. Will Thorpe personally made it his mission to make sure that my daughter was fitted for a brace that will not only allow her to still go on her trip, but also continue to dance and run track after her surgery (when healed). Will T fit my mom with braces for her knees after being in pain for many years. Will reduced her pain tremendously and spent the time to explain how the braces worked. We truly appreciate his kindness and assistance!
