Failed to give sufficient followup to physical as his website suggests. Got a estimate for a procedure at $350, then was later billed $600 b/c they failed to include the office visit in the procedure estimate. I told them I made the decision for the procedure based upon the amount they allegedley checked against my insurance, and they did not care that they were this drastically off in their estimate which was caused by completely leaving out an obvious part of the billing upfront. If high profile doctors who think their rock stars is your thing, then get to this office as fast as you can. Patient confidential information is more like lunchtime fodder for the staff.
Very dissatisfied. Dr. Gurley performed test not needed nor requested and not covered by insurance.
Bad advice, help and very disappointed.
