I highly recommend the office T. Douglas Gurley. My primary care provider for the last two years has been Jeremiah. He is genuine, compassionate and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable discussing my health concerns with him. Jeremiah takes the time to listen without judgement and offers practical advice when appropriate. He always follows up with me via email or phone call when he says he will. I have never had any trouble scheduling appointments. I feel that they are available whenever I need them.
I always feel welcome and part of the family. Definitely chose the right practice when I moved here.
Jeremiah is my primary provider, with his MA, D. From the first visit I feel like I am with family who truly investing in me and my health and overall well-being, beyond just the office visit. Even out of office visits, when I have questions or concerns, Jeremiah is prompt in providing me answers and guidance. Grateful for this entire team.

I’ve been going to Jeremiah for two years now and he’s great. I always feel like he has time for me, he answers my questions thoroughly and I never feel rushed.
