I come here about 2 times a week sometimes 3 times a weeks and I recently went yesterday and this is what I saw by the far corner next the sink in front! A COCKROACH!!!! Apart from that's there's always so many flies in the front while taking my order. The people at front give so much attitude especially the girl in front name on ticket was "CAMILA" these past two weeks the ambience of this restaurant has gone down the two people I've had take my order in the front are rude, distasteful as if they don't want to work there no... read more

I was excited to try this place out but it was really disappointing. I ordered a quesadilla and two tacos. For the quesadilla, what I got was basically a taco with almost no cheese. For something that's supposed to be a quesadilla, the lack of cheese was honestly embarrassing, and the portion size was no bigger than the tacos that I received. When I asked the worker which one was the quesadilla, he couldn't even tell the difference. He had me open all three items just to figure it out, which took way longer than it shoul... read more

Tacos are underwhelming. There's no salsa bar and all tacos have beans on it. Service is also really bad. The cashier, Adrianna, was snappy and extremely rude. It was a slow afternoon so I'm unsure what may have caused her behavior but she acted like it was a huge inconvenience to take orders or answer I also had concerns about hygiene, as she appeared oily and unclean while handling food. I observed her being rude to multiple customers in the restaurant. I hope management can address this and provide additional training, a... read more

Horrible experience taking out. Did not get our order correct and spent over 60 dollars to not have it correct. Service was horrible to begin with and seems like they need to be trained better. Was excited for them to open a second location but at this rate won't be coming back and would rather just go to the Bonita location.

they get one star because at least they were fast with my order, i asked for no onion on my tacos and fries they gave me onion. when i went to tell them they offered a spoon to take them out and not to remake the order. their customer service is horrible and even the table next to me was having problems with the staff. definitely recommend the National City location better

Hola buenas tardes!

Service and ambience was great! However the food was not up to the hype. The location in TJ offers handmade tortillas which they don't in this location. They added extra sauce to the adobada meat that was not my favorite, it tasted like chorizo. Glad I got to try it but unfortunately, if I ever come down to the San Diego area, I will be going to tacos el rica instead. We got way more food for less and really liked all the meats and sauces offered.

I really really wanted to like this place because the one in Tijuana is one of my go to taco spots but to say I was left disappointed is an understatement statement. We came here the other day to finally try their tacos and let me start off by saying they lacked flavor and guac on top seemed like it had been sitting out for hours so it was pretty dark. Their salsa selection is not very good at least compared to the ones in Mexico and overall this experience was meh. The worker who took my order was nice but other than that I... read more

Do not come here! They are so rude! They closed an hour early while we were waiting and they did not care. They do not care about their customers. We even flew in from the Bay Area to San Diego to try their tacos.

Business response:

You flew from the Bay Area to SD just for our tacos?
