The property is absolutely amazing. Every detail throughout the building has clearly been chosen with care, and the amenities far exceeded my expectations. It's evident that the design was thoughtfully created to bring ever luxury detail. I had such a great experience finding the right unit. Kayla was so understanding of my needs for both Fuzzy and I. The grounds and amenities are so lovely and serene. It's such a great community for either a family or single person.
This place is ! A great location with great management and staff. The apartment homes are updated and very comfortable. The prices are very reasonable and you can't beat the location. Onsite dog park, covered parking, great amenities great kitchen and grilling area and very clean common areas. The trash valet service is amazing and if you stop by the office they can pretty much point you in the right direction for whatever you are looking for! Daniel Island's hidden secret.
Been staying here for about a year now and have absolutely loved it! The grounds and apartments are clean, staff and residents are very friendly, and the location is absolutely beautiful

UPDATE: 07/21/2017 OK, am back with an update to this review. Once I brought the problems to the attention of the management, things started to move in the RIGHT direction. James the PM was very attentive and actually listened to what I had to say and didn't stop there... he made things right. Agreed with me on the fee structure being a bit too high for what we were getting and gave us a credit for that. I have a one bedroom. The kitchen is a nice size with lots of cabinet space. The floors are not actually hardwood, but vinyl that resembles wood, but better than carpeting. There is parking available under the building, but just for one car. You must park your other car on the street. Still not bad. The pool is a salt water pool and is nice. Very pet friendly and MOST people clean up after their dogs. Each apartment is painted parchment colored beige, even the ceiling, and I find this makes the apartment look dark. I feel pr... read more
Overall I'm very happy to call Talison Row my home. Lots of positives by living in this community, but with every complex there are negatives. Management: always been very responsive and have solved every issue I've had since living here within 24 hours. Negative, they NEVER answer the phone. Complex: Clean, safe and everyone has always been very friendly. Landscape is average. Pool had some issues this year, but was fixed within a month. The gym is great, better than membership gyms. Moved our son into apartment. When we arrived, the apartment was filthy. There was dog poop on the balcony, hair in all the drawers, and gunk on the walls. Everything was dirty. When I asked the maintenance guy who is supposed to clean these when people move out, he said, I guess they forgot this one! We spent half the day cleaning. Never got an apology, response, or a return of any of the move-in fees. Beware of this management they are no good.
