Thumbs down all the way. I would strongly discourage renting here. As a business professional, I was looking for something fairly nice for my family and I that we could call home while our house was being built. The apartments are brand new and didn't think there would be any problems with a "new construction" apartment. In the short 6 months I leased here, my apartment flooded 3 times. Don't be fooled by the nice looks of the community! We made that mistake and have regretted it since moving in. The buildings are so poorly built that you can hear everything that goes on in the unit above/beside you (toilets flushing, cabinet doors closing, garbage disposal, etc). I've stayed in hotels quieter than these buildings! The community manager doesn't take any of the concerns seriously let alone return emails or calls which is frustrating so it does no good to voice your concerns.
