Verified Renter I've lived at Candlewood North for 15 months and have been so happy! Ann is such a great property manager. She always keeps the quality of the complex front of mind, which is not how it is at most apartment complexes. Since living here, she's had the roof replaced on all buildings, she ensures that the carports / carpets / pools / BBQs / dog stations are cleaned on a regular basis, is super friendly, and is always helpful! Verified Renter I had a very good experience at Oak Forest. The maintenance works very well because it is fast. They are very respectful and competent in their work.

Verified Renter Maintenance crew is really good and on top of requests. The front office is very slow in responding and office phone just rings and rings. If you send them an email they won’t respond until 2 business days after. The additional fees are wack.

Verified Renter Since new management has been in place, we’ve felt more welcome in every way. Service has gotten better, they’ve worked with me in so many different situations when I needed assistance with my apartment. I am grateful for the staff and management.

Verified Renter For the most part I love where I live but we do have the occasional car break in. But that’s anywhere you live. The people are all pretty nice in this area and friendly and it’s quiet.

Verified Renter Great place to live. It is centrally located in the DFW area, and the staff is always helpful. The neighbors are terrific as well. All the units have been updated with the best and most homey interiors.

Verified Renter The community and location is great. The staff is all new and so far really great and helpful. The grounds are well kept and maintenance is super amazing. We can put in a maintenance request and have never had to wait longer than a day to have someone come, and fix our issue. My only complaint is that you have to be careful of your orders from online because unless you get a parcel locker for it, some times they are left in the open on the mailroom floor, and are at risk of being stolen.
