Verified Renter Latitude is a very well thought property. Very good access, nice garages and good location. Facilities are very modern and well kept. Working orders are attended pretty fast and thoroughly.

Verified Renter I've been living at The Ardent for 7 months and overall, I've had a great experience. The location is convenient and the staff is friendly and responsive. The amenities such as the pool appears to be well maintained, people are always using it, I have yet to take a dip myself. My apartment itself is quiet and comfortable. The location is great, close to Safeway, Rite-Aid, other stores. My only reason for not giving a full 5 stars is the grass area outside of my unit is not the best, soggy. Verified Renter There’s so many fees for no reason when you pay rent. Also a lot of noise late at night. I love the amenities and the space in the rooms are kind of small but it’s an okay apartment.

Verified Renter I have had very little issues living at Sandstone. My biggest complaint was the noise coming from my neighbors in the middle of the night. I submitted a complaint, and it was handled promptly. The front office staff is very nice, and maintenance is fairly timely. The location is great!

The only reason I left was because I got an amazing job opportunity I couldn’t pass up. Otherwise, I’d probably still be there.
